Parish Prayer

Heavenly Father, we come to you in love with praise and thanksgiving for all you have done for us, both known and unknown. In your mercy, bless us with your loving kindness, mend our brokenness, and heal our hurts. May we forgive others as Christ taught us to forgive.

Let the flame of the Holy Spirit burn brightly within us and empower us so that we are beacons shining the Light of Christ wherever we go. Help us to boldly share and live out the Gospel in our daily lives with those that are living in darkness and those in need. Open our hearts and make us yours. We are your hands and feet.

Lord Jesus, you are our Redeemer, the Rock on which we stand, our Shelter during the storms, and the Cornerstone of our faith. May all that we do and say be honoring to you. Amen.

Prayer Ministries

During the time of Holy Communion on Sundays, a team is available to pray for anyone who would like prayers for healing or other concerns.  All are welcome to go for prayer.

There is also an opportunity to place prayer requests in the “Prayer Box” in the Coffee Hour area.  The Parish Prayer Team will lift these prayers to the Lord during their Tuesday evening gathering.

The Parish Prayer Line seeks to offer prayer support for those in need. We all go through difficulties or need God’s guidance or comfort at various times in our lives and this ministry receives confidential prayer requests that are passed along to the members of the group for prayer.  To request prayer, contact Gail Potter at 774-571-8579 or email prayer@redeemeranglicanchurch.org.
